University of Wales graduates are registered as members of the Guild of Graduates. The Guild maintains a register of active members, and the aim is to include as many graduates as possible on the register so that they may receive correspondence about the Guild and its activities.
The Guild's activities include:
Meetings, conferences and publications covering a range of academic fields;
A number of local branches, which meet socially;
Discussion on matters of public interest in the field of education;
Awarding scholarships, and grants to support the publication of scholarly work;
Election of representatives on the University of Wales Court;
An annual public meeting, in the form of a lecture, at the National Eisteddfod of Wales
Communicating with all members of the active register, on an annual basis
Publication of Cap Cymru, the guild's annual newsletter.
