General |
|

|
Holidays can be taken by arrangement, and 2 weeks' prior notice must be given. Booking a course, and then taking holiday leave from that course of study, does not entitle you to receive addition weeks of study to cover lost study time which occurred as a direct result of your absence. |

|
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time. |
|
|
The School has the right to stop your course of study, if attendance is insufficient.
|
|
|
TASMAC will report students who have been missing from classes for two weeks to the UK Home Office. |
|
|
The School has the right to stop your course of study if fees are not paid on time. |
|
|
Students are subject to the rules and regulations of TASMAC London and that of the University of Wales. These regulations are mentioned in the Student Handbook and will be published on the notice board from time to time.

Payment of Fees |

|
TASMAC will not refund in case a visa has been granted to the student. |
|
TASMAC London will not refund fees to students who had their visa application refused due to submitting fraudulent documentation or deception |
|
|
In case of visa refusal, TASMAC London will refund the deposit/ full fees without any deductions, provided the original Visa Refusal Letter from the British High Commission is submitted by the student. |
|
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment plan as provided by TASMAC London. A place cannot be reserved for students who fail to meet their financial commitments. |
|
|
TASMAC accepts no responsibility for the provision of services agreed with a third party for which no course fees have been paid in advance to the school. |
|
|
TASMAC reserves the right to expel students if the fees are not paid within the agreed time limit |
|

Visa Requirements |
|
| |
Students who have a student visa are advised that the Home Office requires a minimum attendance of 80% throughout the duration of the course, and that if your attendance falls below the recommended 80% benchmark, then the school reserves the right to cancel your course of study. |

Should you become a student of this institution, you will receive further documents describing the teaching, examination, assessment and other educational services offered by this institution. |

School's policy on fraud |

If the school has reason to believe that you, or any person acting on your behalf, has provided false information, omitted relevant information, made any misrepresentation and / or provided counterfeit or forged documents to the institution, it will take what ever steps it considers necessary to establish the authenticity of that information and / or documentation. If the school suspects that fraud may have taken place, it is entitled to share information with appropriate outside agencies. If it concludes that a fraud has taken place, it is entitled to cancel a student's application, withdraw any offer of place and to rescind their student status. Students will be required to provide such further documentation as may be requested by the University, in relation to their application or student status. |

Liability and Insurance |

TASMAC, its representatives and staff will not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury to persons or property however caused except where such liability is imposed by statute. It is the student's responsibility to take out personal insurance against all such risks, including inability to attend or continue a course and insurance for the payment of medical expenses |

Force Majeur |

TASMAC, its representatives and staff shall not in any way be liable to the student in the event of any contracted service becoming impossible to supply due to any cause outside its control.
