TASMAC London rents houses and flats from property owners and then sublets them to the students. This, we feel, is the safest option for our students and we will guarantee you a place if you make your booking a minimum of four weeks in advance and pay your deposit.

The minimum length of stay is one semester and your room will be available for you 3 days prior to the first week of classes. This will give you enough time to settle in before beginning your course. It also means that you have to book your flights to correspond with that date.
Each flat location differs in architectural style, size and neighbourhood, yet all provide a safe and comfortable environment. Flats have fully furnished and equipped kitchens, bathroom(s), and communal living areas. Laundry facilities are usually located in TASMAC properties; however, a public laundry should never be far away. Two and three bedroom properties typically accommodate four to six students. The flats are single-sex and students are responsible for their own cleaning and cooking. Efforts are made to place students with others who share similar traditions, beliefs, cultures and study interests. This type of housing is located within 5 mile radius area of the school, within easy commuting distance of the campus.

TASMAC Shared Flat Features:
High standard of quality decoration and furnishings
All utility fees are included except for the telephone
All accommodation is in shared flats (4 students in 2 bedroom flats and 6 students in 3 bedroom flats)

All flats feature fully fitted kitchens, have a minimum of 1 bathroom with a shower, are centrally heated and include a lounge with a television.
All properties are subjected to a regulations inspection by TASMAC Staff each month to ensure safety and hygiene standards are satisfactory.

The deposit is kept with the school until the end of your tenancy, in case of any damages. When you move out, we will inspect your accommodation and providing all is well we will refund your deposit fully without delay.
